How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 week. Some items that are made or packed to order (like needleminder boards and brass easels) may take 2–3 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
When will [product] be restocked?
The best way to get first access to restocks is to join the email list (footer of any page) or follow along on Instagram and TikTok. Restocks are announced there first.
Why are prices different from Etsy?
Etsy pricing includes marketplace transaction fees and a different shipping structure (many listings include free shipping baked into the price). Our website pricing reflects direct-to-customer rates without marketplace overhead. You're getting the same product either way.
Does the Champagne Bucket come with an insert?
No — the insert panel is not included. The bucket is designed to fit a custom needlepoint insert. If you want sizing help before you start stitching, reach out via our contact page and we'll guide you.
What size project bag fits the WIP Rack?
The WIP Rack fits project bags with a shortest side of 9" or less. They stand upright without slouching. The rack itself measures 4.8" W x 10" D x 10.8" H.
